Organization of Tasks

In the church, we have no priests or pastors in the usual sense of the word. Very few among us have any theological training.  Through faithfulness and obedience to God’s word, a natural growth and development takes place in each individual and others gain confidence in them.

In this way, leaders and overseers grow up among us in the same way as everyone else.  Individuals who have a care for others and are faithful to God’s word both in word and deed can be of help to others, whether it is by sharing God’s word or simply through their life and conduct.   Church services are open so that everyone who has something edifying to say is free to share, and thus everyone can be edified and encouraged.  In this way, an individual can grow up to serve and help others, whether it is in a meeting (church service) or in other ways.

Our leaders and overseers are appointed after a biblical pattern.  Both men and women can be asked to take on different tasks within the church.

Local Churches

In addition to weekly church services there are many different activities and programs planned for both young and old within the local churches.

Church Leaders and Overseers

In every local church, there are one or several church leaders or overseers.  They do not necessarily have an educational background in theology.
