The Church in Sydney

On Saturday 24^th of May, 2008, our good friend and dearly loved brother, John Streefkerk, was called home to Jesus, at the age of 71. We will miss his quiet, gentle presence among us here in the church in Sydney, as well as the rest of Australia.

It is amazing to read how God's care for us starts before we are even born.  Nothing is left to chance, even at the time before we are born.

Sydney is Australia's largest city with more than 4.5 million inhabitants. The citry is a popular tourist destination for people from all aver the world. Among other things, you will find the world-famous Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge – a gigantic engineering monument from the 1930's.
