“By walking in the light, you press deeper into God; as a result, your love grows more fervent ,” Kåre J. Smith teaches us in one of his messages at Brunstad.
He further explains that having this love radiating from our lives has nothing to do with charisma – it comes from a faithful inner life.
Smith shares about Paul’s attitude toward the Thessalonians, “But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her own children. So, affectionately longing for you, we were well pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God, but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us.” (1 Thess. 2:7-8). This goodness earns you confidence in your ministry, and strengthens fellowship and relationships.
