Kinderfreizeit – One of the highlights of the year

The weekend after Ascension day, more than 400 children, and 160 volunteers, plus a supporting team and musical artists of around 380 people from German speaking countries got to experience “Kinderfreizeit 2012,” an activity weekend for children in Blaubeuren, southern Germany.
A varied program filled up four whole days. A musical with the theme, “Paul, a Wholehearted Disciple” children’s meetings, challenges during “Mission2gether” course, interesting stories around the fire, and creative projects. These were just some of the highlights from these days. Many young people put in a lot of effort into the event to make it as good as possible for the children.
